What we collect, and why
When you send the form on the contact page, we receive your name, phone number and/or email address, and anything else you choose to write in the form, together with the address of the page the form was sent from. When you call or email us, we receive what you provide yourself.
The purpose is to respond to your enquiry and arrange a meeting. The legal basis is legitimate interest and steps taken prior to entering into a possible agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and (b)).
Data processors
We use these services to receive and respond to enquiries:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) forwards the form to us as an email. The service is based in the USA, so the data may be transferred to the USA.
- Google Workspace is our email provider.
- Vercel hosts the website and may log technical data such as IP addresses in server logs.
How long we keep the data
Enquiries are deleted once they have been handled, and no later than 12 months if no agreement is made.
Cookies and tracking
The website uses no cookies and no tracking. The ad calculator stores and sends nothing.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You can also object to the processing. Send an email to Roberts
